talked about confronting things during the training today.saying the degree of complexity is proportional to the degree of non-confronting.stew mentioned sth about the movie bucket list.both men had sth that they each could not confront.then talked bout raising ppl's tone scale by confronting what they cannot or will not confront.and that's also considered as the beginning of the cycle of action.meaning the control.take control of your emotions.take environmental control of everything.to be able to face up to sth and comfortably look at it.that's confront.and to actually act on it and have an effect on the mest or ppl.that's gud control.gud stuff.
